Honestly, I think content and design are way more challenging than development for a small business website. Coming up with great copy & UI that will "sell".
If you don't want/need a unique design, you don't really need a developer, you can just grab a template on Webflow or you tool of choice.

@gumartucci I agree with you, but you have no idea the number of people who don't know how to even sign up for a free website creator.
@gumartucci I wouldn't agree less. I've actually created a website with wordpress but content writing is hard for me now.
@gumartucci @youssif_maxzoom I'm still on it actually. Any advice from your end?
