write out a reusable campaign that takes tasks and assigns it to my outlook or google calendar?

Let's say I write out the following schedule. Wk 1: introduce feat 1 Wk 2: train customer on feat 1 Wk 3: elect a pilot group to use feat 1 Wk 4: measure results Wk 5: expand to entire dept Now, what I want this software to do is to write this into google calendar.
