These are potential features I am looking for: - recording - highlight areas (maybe even tagging) - good voice to text - easy documentation - support with insight generation Thx

Take a look at UXtweak in their RePlay Tasks feature they got "think-aloud protocol" which allows you to do exactly what you need.
