How do you translate your designs from iOS to Android or Vice-Versa?

Hey maker, I always love to work my designs on iPhone X because I've one and I always mirror my screen while doing it but when I have to give final handoff I always struggle a lit bit because I've to rework a little bit of spacing. My way of doing it is, I create one artboard in 360X760 and then I add my design change fonts and spacing accordingly. Can anyone have a different or good approach to it? Just curious.
