Hello everyone, Super grateful for this thread @abadesi. I have built a dev/testing tool for Android developers/testers, called Viwr (https://viwr.app) *Why Viwr?* Viwr aims at bridging the gaps in the current android app development ecosystem. *Gaps in the current ecosystem* - Emulator sucks. Even if they are x86 emulators, they can't really emulate the actual device experience. - Using different Android SDK tools is super complicated, which should not be the case. - Developers have to go through a lot of complicated configurations for simulating external factors like location, battery, network etc. - There is no one single report that we can look at to measure the performance of an Android app. *The core mission of Viwr is* - Help developers to use their Android devices as a complete App Development tool. - Give an all in one solution to quantify the performance of their Android app. - One click mocking of Location, Battery, Network conditions for the Android device. *Upcoming features* - Automated security checks for APK. - All in one network inspector. No more complicated setup (Charles proxy, Wireshark) *Steps to install* - Currently Viwr is available for mac. - Open https://viwr.app on your mac device. - Click on Download, to download Viwr .dmg file.

@abadesi @akshay_deo Wow, this tools looks absolutely great! Love the fact there's a free version. I might add it to my DesDev.tools just because of that. I especially think the performance reports are going to be a big deal. Keep up the great work! :D
Akshay Deo
@abadesi @haneenkrimly Thank you so much for your kind words. I would definitely love to see Viwr on desdev.tools. Let me know if you need anything else from me.

Hi all, Thanks, @abadesi for starting this thread. We are working on a product called Browsee. You can check it out at: https://browsee.io Browsee is a tool to help applications in understanding and giving flawless experience to their users via session recordings, heatmaps, and widgets. Browsee automatically tags interesting user sessions which reduces the client's effort to watch sessions to 1%. It gives easy to customize widgets which can be triggered when user experience is hurt to improve their experience in real-time. We are also working on a Chrome Extension to get easy insights overlaid with the client's product for 10x usability. It would be great if you can give us any feedback or suggestions!
Angela Jeffrey
@abadesi @shraddhasrivastava Hey Shraddha - Browsee reminds me of Hotjar, but the pricing for startups is better!! So that's very compelling! I would definitely use the Chrome Extension when it exists.
Shraddha Srivastava
@abadesi @angela_jeffrey Thanks Angela! We are already working on it and would probably be ready in a month or so. Will definitely inform you once it will be ready!
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@abadesi @shraddhasrivastava - just a personal preference. i would shorten the current homepage and bring in the features on the homepage. the reason - i think it would link the benefits and features more strongly.
Shraddha Srivastava
@abadesi @ebrahimkhalil Thanks a lot Ebrahim. This is a useful suggestion and we are also thinking of doing that. Will certainly make the changes soon.
Patryk Gułaś
@abadesi @shraddhasrivastava Hey - I've just checked the site, my first impression was that the product is described in easy and understandable way. Most important features are pointed with images. That's really nice. What caught my attention was the landing page design. I personally don't like that gradient on top bar. I would also suggest focus on some details like vertically centering navigation in top bar, adding some paddings - for example in the top section and sign up button. There are some rounded and some sharp borders. Would be good to unify that and put some work on colors. Again, I just personally don't feel well with that blue/violet combination. Keep working and good luck!

Hi Makers, My company, Nsenes, is developing a platform and mobile apps that help to detect diseases before their first symptoms appear. Describing a problem we want to solve, I need to draw your attention to the term Disease Detection Delay. In brief, the detection delay is the time interval between the onset of symptoms and a diagnose confirmation. It needs to be said that the detection delay for chronic diseases will make you concerned. The detection delay for diabetes is more than 6 years now. And it takes 2 years and 3 or 4 specialists to recognize high blood pressure, 7 years for lung cancer, up to a year for cardiovascular disease and diagnosis is often confirmed once severe damage to the heart has already taken place. And more importantly, some age-related diseases are impossible to cure. I mean that people won't be able to return their health to the state they didn't have this disease. At the same time, we're worried that the interest in the preventive maintenance won't be high. Even here our product in upcoming gathered got few subscribers. So I'd love to know what you think, and if you think this could be useful for you, or not! Here's the link https://www.producthunt.com/upco... And our site https://nsenes.health/
Hanna Barzakouskaya
@sfrostwick Great question so far. It worth to say that It's difficult to be short answering this question. Our solution is all about data. 1. We use non-personalized lab test results for learning neural networks. We compare these results with the doctor's interpretation 2. User data: - surveys help us to understand lifestyle habits that is proven to affect personal health (family disease history, personal history, personal habits, etc) - results of lab test and medical exams (ultrasounds, MRI) which our user passed in past - results of recommended exams based on personal risks. The last two points may be added manually or download from labs.

@anna_panchenko Really great idea. As a potential user, I didn't see any mention of data privacy or security. This is a big no no for me. Why would I use your product if data protection is not your priority (at least how I perceive it).
Hanna Barzakouskaya
@morethan1 Thanks for mentioning this! We take personal data security seriously. Our platform relies on well-known industry adopted third party services to handle authentication and personal data. We use Auth 0 and don’t store PII in our backend. User data is secured on the physical level by Google Cloud Platform. I will add this point to the description.
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@anna_panchenko - this is interesting. is the approach to take current data and project it into the future?
Sean Donnelly
@anna_panchenko Nice idea! I've signed up. I have two questions. 1. How are you monetizing this? With a premium version? 2. How long does it take a user to complete the survey, are they daily/weekly? Thanks!

Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@getasap @rishi_jasapara - I think the value proposition should be more focused on good quick decisions rather than just quick decisions. p.s. some of your text is obscured for me. see link https://cl.ly/c56f11547ce8.
Rishi Jasapara
Hey @ebrahimkhalil, will check the CSS and get that fixed. Also, let me see how can we amend the copy to get the messaging right. Also, do signup for the beta and be an early adopter for us - all feature releases free for a year :)
Rishi Jasapara
@camilla_gad_krogsgaard Thanks a ton! I see you tried to signup for a free account. Can I help you setup and get running for your team?
Camilla Gad Krogsgaard
@rishi_jasapara Hi Rishi, Thank you very much. I'm new on this platform and got my profile up and running. I will be launching my product in a couple of month and then I will definantly share this in here. Is their any specific account you believe is relevant, that I dont have? Have a good day.
Reece
Hey all! Reece here from Treefort. We recently just launched and were lucky enough to get Product #3 of the day, and we're really interested in getting more feedback from Product Hunt users. Treefort is a roadmap and feedback tool that helps you build the right product by collecting, prioritizing & implementing feedback from all your stakeholders. We're getting a lot of love from SaaS companies, and we'd love to hear your feedback on the following: 1) Would you use it? 2) More importantly would you pay for it (see our pricing at treeforthq.com/pricing 3) What don't you like/can we improve? Thanks a lot for the help! Check it out here: https://www.treeforthq.com and grab a free trial for 14 days to test (no CC required). Reece
Angela Jeffrey
@sendpilot1 Hey Reece! Treeloft has a super sleek landing page, and 1) I would definitely *want* to use it. 2) As an early stage startup with budget limitations, I would probably look for a free alternative first - although the price is reasonable for a small team paying annually. We currently use Miro as our roadmap tool - it takes more time to set up, but we don't pay for it. 3) I took a look at Treefort's roadmap and I didn't understand what the color labels stood for. Also, I would like a calendar view of the roadmap.
Shraddha Srivastava
@sendpilot1 Looks really neat. I will definitely give it a try!
Reece
@angela_jeffrey Thanks! We're working on a free changelog widget that will give you 1 internal roadmap and a public changelog to install in your SaaS/app/website so that might work for you! Thanks for the feedback we're looking at other views at the moment
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@sendpilot1 This looks really good. I however find product roadmaps really frustrating as a customer, because they often have no thematic organisation - that makes seeing what is going on extremely difficult.
Deb Mukherjee
@sendpilot1 Treeforthq.com is by far the easiest roadmapping tool I have come across. I love the landing page - it's says exactly what it does; no BS. The Starter plan of $15/month is pretty decent. I am sure most early-stage SaaS startups can afford it. I suppose once you add the changelog widget (as mentioned below), more folks can implement it.
Angela Jeffrey
Hey everyone! Myself and my team are launching Get Kelvin on Product Hunt this Thursday! We're building a new internet - one rated and curated by humans. With Get Kelvin you can rate and review websites, discover new sites, and organize websites into collections. Here's our link: https://www.producthunt.com/upco... I would love to know, before we launch: 1. What you think about the on-boarding experience (https://beta.getkelvin.com) 2. What you think about our Discover Page. (https://beta.getkelvin.com/sites) 3. If you have any other feedback for us!! Thanks in advance! Angela
Shraddha Srivastava
@angela_jeffrey Hey Angela, I think it could be really helpful for someone new to get some inspiration while building a website.
Angela Jeffrey
@shraddhasrivastava Thanks for the feedback! I discover so many interesting and inspiring websites on Get Kelvin and put them in an inspiration collection :) - but it's definitely a use case that we could explore more!
Sean Herman
@angela_jeffrey Hi Angela, I signed up for Get Kelvin. The onboarding experience was very good. Easy to get up and running. I'm navigating around and will loop back with more feedback.

Hi Everyone, Thank you @abadesi for creating this thread. I am in the process of launching ShipScoop and I am looking for Beta Testers and Feedback on the product. https://shipscoop.com ShipScoop automates project status updates to your clients by sending Branded emails using you Git Commit messages. For any developers out there, mostly freelancers who have to juggle between updating your clients doing the actual tasks at hand. Shipscoop basically allows you to generate Status Updates without changing your workflow, making messages like "Hey!..." and "Any updates on the app?..." a thing of the past. My co-founder and I have been using this personally for our clients for 2 months now and our clients love it and we set this up and basically don't think of updating clients any more. It just happens. It gives clients' observability into your work and gives them peace of mind that you are actually working and at the same time, letting them know where in the process you are. You have the ability to hide commit messages from the reports, you can send reports on any day of the week and everyday if you want. The frequency is up to you. It is meant to be a set it up and leave it service and if there are no updates, no email goes out. I would love to hear thoughts on this service, ways that it can be improved and use cases that we might not have covered. It is free to use. Check it out!

Karma Karmabot 2.0 is a peer recognition and appreciation system for business chats. It’s free and available for Slack, MS Teams and Telegram. Good vibes, reports and rewards. Check it out at https://karmabot.chat P.S.: We also built Time for time-tracking, stand-ups and invoicing.
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@stas_kulesh - I found the "add karmabot to slack" call to action confusing on your pricing table. i was asking myself does the free version, not allow me to add to slack.
TyClimateTechGuy
Hi there, I recently launched our app (Evidence Base) on PH. It helps researchers assess the strength of evidence (data, research papers etc). PH has brought a new kind of user and they seem to be keen on using it to resolve debates. We've created some evidence board templates to cater to this new use case - we call them competing hypothesis templates. Here's how it works: instead of being stuck in an endless debate where your echo chamber reinforces your view, you collaboratively judge the information that each side bases their beliefs/hypothesis on. You judge the evidence together, and the strongest evidence wins. Please take a look and give feedback: http://bit.ly/EvidenceBase19 . The process is based on ideas and research from academia, intelligence and policy circles. If you trust in rational thinking and believe that an honest assessment of the data is the right way to make-up your mind, Evidence Base is for you.
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@tyclimateguy please check that your "learn more" links go to an article to learn more and not to the login page. a very interesting concept to resolve evidence disputes in an app. i have seen this done in several applications, with headings like "for" and "against". interesting to see where this goes
TyClimateTechGuy
@ebrahimkhalil Thanks for taking a look and pointing that out. I'll fix it. Do you have any tips or observations from the past versions you've seen?
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@tyclimateguy - i have not really seen an online version work. these have either been spreadsheets or kanban type boards. what works is a cup of coffee with the research team, and writing small bits that help others understand. hope that helps. keen to try your app. good luck
Hanna Barzakouskaya
@ebrahimkhalil @tyclimateguy Great idea so far! I'd test it more carefully but one annoying issue stopped me. https://prnt.sc/pjfdl2
TyClimateTechGuy
@anna_panchenko thanks so much for kicking the tyres. Noted! I'll update the db to allow for longer board names
tonixx
https://contact.do - Contact form in a link I've always been reluctant to write my email address in comments, so most of the time I don't post that comment. I don't want to feed the spam bots with my email address. That's how I came up with the idea for Contact.do What do you think about it? Would you use it? Please let me know: https://contact.do/toni
morethan1
@tonixx Not sure what it is (maybe the color combo or the layout), but your page looks like one of those spam popup ads.
tonixx
@morethan1 Thx for taking time to check it out! It's the first time I've heard this ... it might be because of the color scheme. I'll ask around to see what others think. Was the message clear? Was it easy to understand what it's for?
morethan1
@tonixx Trying to read what was under "Contact form in a link" was difficult since it kept moving. Reading all your benefits felt like a chore because of the way the text block was formatted. It wasn't easy on the eyes.
Ehsan Zaery Moghaddam
@tonixx It's an interesting idea. But I'm also agree with Alex about the design. I personally didn't like it. I can understand exactly what it does, but I'm pretty sure most people will have difficulty understanding what it offers exactly (with such a high price). Maybe a short animated demonstration of the process or a couple of graphics could helps them to get it.
Amy Giddon
@tonixx I agree with others that your design could do more to build trust and be scannable for the benefits. The price seems very high. With this price, I think you'd have to offer a free trial. I understand you're trying to build referrals with the high referral bounty, but it feels a little scammy - like I'm really trying to profit off of my friends.

Hey there! 👋 We're building Belhana, a floor management service for restaurants that lets people do everything they can do inside a restaurant—browse menus, order, call servers, pay and more—using only their phones. What we're trying to do is to make running a restaurant extremely efficient. It works by giving customers and restaurants the tools to instantly communicate with each other. For example, by checking-in using a QR code, customers can send an order without having to wait for a waiter/waitress. What do you think of the idea as a Goer? Do you think it is something you would use regularly, or you prefer the human interaction? Also if you're into the restaurant business: Do you think we're missing something here? Can Belhana operate hand in hand with full-blown POS without being an inconvenience? Here is our upcoming page, subscribe! https://www.producthunt.com/upco...

Hi! Our product is MyChat — a secure instant messaging system for corporate networks (https://www.producthunt.com/@nss... ) We do not have that many foreign users (we are from Ukraine) who cant tell us about our major flaws. So, if you want to test it and give some feedback, MyChat has a free version for this. Official website — https://nsoft-s.com/en/aboutmych...

Hey Product Hunt 👋 We're planning on launching our app very soon (this week!) and would love to hear your thoughts and any feedback or suggestions that you may have. Really appreciate it! I'm one of the makers of Avion, an app for agile teams that helps you plan and build software more effectively by giving you a way to visualise your entire product from the perspective of your users. Check us out here: https://avion.io Cheers, Tim.
morethan1
@tjramage nice webpage, what platform did you build it on?
Tim Ramage
Thanks @morethan1! Our marketing site is purely static HTML/CSS, hosted on Netlify, and we built Avion using Meteor.js which is a super powerful and easy-to-use JavaScript platform :)

Hey guys, noob here. This is my first product on product hunt, called linge.ai! My app is intended for ecommerce shop owners in the clothing space. It creates new clothing combos using ai. https://tinyurl.com/yymkc5x9 I'd love some feedback on my landing page. Thanks guys!
Ebrahim-Khalil Hassen
@morethan1 - make this for fashion challenged men ... it would reduce my stress in buying clothes online .
morethan1
@ebrahimkhalil thanks for the feedback! In essence it can be used for any market/ecom store. For yourself I'd suggest checking out: "Real Men Real Style" on youtube.
Sarah Loertscher
@morethan1 Hey Alex! Cool idea. One thing about the landing page that tripped me up was the title "How It Could Look." I'm confused by the "could," and it almost makes it feel like the product is uncertain of how it would be used. Are you seeing this being mostly used by shop owners with multiple lines and designers that they carry, so the AI would be pulling together outfits from the entire inventory?
morethan1
@sarahloertscher "Are you seeing this being mostly used by shop owners with multiple lines and designers that they carry, so the AI would be pulling together outfits from the entire inventory?" - Yes exactly. I made the "could look" statement since depending on what backend the ecomm is based on, it will look different. My app will make outfit matches; but it will be up to the shop owner on how they choose to implement this on their platform. I'm trying to tackle one thing at a time :)
Sarah Loertscher
@morethan1 perhaps you could present the images you have as an "example," it sounds like that's more like what you mean, right?
Christian Okonkwo
nice one @sfrostwick hope to test the full features
Alejandro Mizraji
Hey there! 👋 @abadesi great thread 🤩 I'm Alejandro co-founder of flager.io Flager is a Canva style drag-n-drop editor that let you create interactive web experiences so you can know the interests of your clients or prospects. These experiences can then be published to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc. We collect every interaction that people have with your content. You can then use this data to micro-segment these people in future campaigns. We have seen amazing conversions in tests we have done with different businesses. You can watch a sneak peek of the product in our improvised web https://www.flager.io And here you can watch some finished experiences created with our editor 1: https://drive.google.com/open?id... 2: https://drive.google.com/open?id... 3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/... I'd love to know what you think, and if you think this could be useful for you. We are still under development and hoping to lunch on ProductHunt in early 2020.
Neil Wainwright
@alejandro_mizraji I use Canva a lot so this is something that could be useful. I would say I am interested in seeing how it collects this data and organizes a plan for me.

Hey everyone ! It's my first time on product hunt, and this post seems perfect to start, thanks for it ! We just started working on MailView, a new way to display emails with flexibility and collaboration. We were inspired by the flexibility of Notion, the collaboration adapted for emails available on FrontApp and all the smart features we can find on Gmail but not really on Outlook or Apple Mail. We're currently working on the market interest and we're looking for early adopters. You can subscribe on our landing page if you search a modern mail client like we do and if you want to work with us on this product : https://mailview.app/?ref=phm1 I'd love to know what you think of this idea and also what you think of our landing. I'm sure we can make a new kind of mail client with your reviews and ideas ! Check it out : https://mailview.app/?ref=phm1
Mitch Gillogly
Hey Everyone, We just launched our extension StarGaze Social Movie Reviews. Basically Goodreads for Movies. We're trying to bring context into online reviews in order for people to make better informed viewing decisions. Sharing reviews is 10x faster and easier than any alternative and we're still building out a web app to make it easier to interact with our friends. I'd love to know what you guys think and if you could test it out. https://chrome.google.com/websto...
Neil Wainwright
@mitchgillogly I like this idea too. Is the interaction mostly via the emails?
Mitch Gillogly
@neilwainwright Right now a weekly email report is sent every Saturday to you of your friends reviews from the past week. We want to build a web app so reviews appear in real time and people can interact with each other.
Sean Herman
@mitchgillogly Good idea. I'm so far behind in movies (that's what having two kids does!). Like the simplicity of it being a Chrome extension. Checking it out now.

Hey everyone! Finally went live with the product I've been working on on Friday, managed to get quite a few signups over the weekend and work out a few post-launch kinks. Felix AI is tool which converts any article or blog post into a video trailer, insta-type story and audio summary. It would be great if anyone has a moment to give it a test drive and let me know your thoughts, I'm continually making tweaks based on what people are saying so anything is super helpful. Free sign up is at https://app.gofelix.ai/create-ac... 🙌
Jérôme Gangneux
@jamesdevonport That's a great service, I'm wondering if you could put some time estimation about the video generation?
James
@jrmgx Thank you for the feedback! Each video takes about 1 minute to render, we're trying to speed that up though :)
