I need to search best practices about giving out a product demo to potential customers, what should I go / not go through. How do you set a product demo so it's easy to reuse multiple times by different people in a sales team?

Have you looked at Saas company websites that have video demos? For me, I get best practices by looking at brands I like, and would invest in as a customer.
I think Stripe have excellent documentation for example.
For a b2c product I think something simple like an explainer video could be very powerful.
