Evernote

Note taking gets even simpler

Ben- BenSites
I use Evernote all the time in School. It's amazing - everything is literally everywhere. No matter if I'm on my phone, my computer, or even online through a school computer, I have all of my notes. It even makes Word documents, scanned pages and handwritten notes searchable. There's no way I would be organized without it.

Evernote syncs to the cloud so no matter what platform / device you're using (PC, Mac, iPhone, web) you'll have the same notes that all match perfectly. I use Evernote religiously and refer to it as my "second brain". Couldn't live without it.

I use Evernote! I use It every day for work and personal projects. A couple years ago I decided to create a "Journal" notebook. I've been filling it up ever since. It's great to search through and easily jump into. Try it.

Clean and simple, minimalistic interface, features such as PDF upload, PDF annotations, web clipper and the added bonus of maintaining sync across all my Android, iOS and desktop devices.
Kesava Mandiga- Curious cat. Writer. Explorer.
Some friends swear by it, some don't. Supposed to be really good for note taking, duh, but also does lists and task tracking.

Evernote Scannable

Multi-purpose scanning app from Evernote (iPhone)

Øyvind Solstad ☀- Head of social media, VG
Every time I have a receipt, I just put it on a table or even on my pants, open Scannable and snap. Scannable removes the background, fixes the light (white is white, and black is black), straightens out the paper, and saves it Evernote. Love it. All my receipts for the accounting are perfect.
adam mashaal- Founder of Being. East Village, NYC
It's not the most under the radar app (it's by Evernote after all), but this app has such high utility, everyone should have it. Just snap a pic of any document you want to scan and the app creates a professional and quality PDF, which can be shared in a few taps.
Keir Williams- Officer at @TheGreenParty
It has really good page recognition and the scans are very good quality. I haven't found a scanning app yet that is so precise and fast.
