Pre-booked, affordable rides for you and your family

Ryan Hoover- Founder, Product Hunt
I saw a friend recommend Wingz earlier today. They only offer pre-scheduled trips, which can be useful for travel from the airport and parties that you know you're going to go to. Pro tip: Wingz and most other ride-sharing platforms have referral codes so keep a look out. ๐Ÿ˜€

Hitlist 3.0

Plan, share, and book trips with friends

Dan Fennessy- Founder at Party with a Local
Hitlist is great because you don't even need to search for flights - you just let it know where you're interested in going & they send you the best options as they come up. Amazing deals sometimes! Especially if you are a bit flexible on dates.
Gillian Morris- CEO, Hitlist
Disclosure: I'm the founder of Hitlist. But we do our best to do exactly what you're saying: offer inspiration of places both known and off the beaten track. Hitlist is less useful when you're not flexible, but when you have a destination in mind but don't really have a specific travel date to aim for, this is what you need.

There's usually nothing especially cool, or disruptive, about renting a car-if you've just arrived at an airport, you make your way to the rental car desk area, and you either confirm previously-arranged reservations, or you make one on the fly. Then, you go to the nearby parking lot, an attendant brings you the vehicle, and you're on your way.
TechCrunch
Skurt, the Los Angeles-based rental car delivery startup, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Upfront Ventures (which also led a $1.3 million seed round), and included a strategic investment from BMW, as well as funding from Troy Carter's Cross Culture Ventures, Expansion VC, Greycroft and Magic Johnson.

Waze is both useful and fun. It does the basics right: gives directions and makes you avoid traffic. But it also has a game aspect to it, with customizable avatars, a point system etc.
