Depends on your audience but I've seen several live streamers use Discord to accomplish this in the past

Even if Discord is for gamers, it's easy to use and has a modern chat and has also great voice support (I mean that the quality is very very good and there is almost no latency (~10ms for me))

It's a great app to have like a team on there. It's completely free and the quality of the voice chats are amazing. You can also get bots on there etc, it's a great free alternative to Slack.

Solitaire is the f*cking best. If you've rage quit any number of the other games you've attempted on your flight and need some good old reassurance that you're awesome, turn to 1-card Klondike Solitaire. It's nearly impossible to lose and the cards dance when you inevitably win. Plus, you can feel like a grandpa (it is "retro"!).
