How do you keep customer data current across your company?

Do you have a process and/or toolset to keep your customer data up-to-date across your organization? Do you have a unified customer database that works as a central source of truth for all of your business departments? Any advice and recommendations for processes and tools are welcomed.

@kaloyanyankulov we use our own tool Zenkit like a database or a data warehouse. You can add labels, files, comment and more to each person. Set references to other spreadsheets to build your own database. Everyone in your team has access to the data, can update them and so on. You can also communicate via comments or @mentions with other team members.

@kaloyanyankulov Great question, interested in this too. Our marketing team at Post Planner used HubSpot in the past for this, although it seemed limited for this purpose.
