Running an event with hundreds of attendees, several RSVP types, some paid, some unpaid. Have tried all the usual suspects - Eventbrite, Splashthat, Eventfarm, DoubleDutch, even integrating Squarespace with Google Sheets. Anything new out there worth trying?
- Woven is super helpful in coordinating events for me. A few things I love: 1) One off scheduling links make it easy to share availability 2) Group polling links lets you create an event that people can vote on the best date + time. 3) Advanced AI-powered availability sharing automatically finds the best time for a meeting between multiple attendees. Cons: The app is pretty feature-dense, so the first time through takes some getting used to. But, once you . "get it' - it's awesome.
- 2BizzaboI've been organizing many events, from small meetups for 10 people to large tech events with thousands of attendees and people involved. The main question is what exactly you need. If you need a complex product that would help you manage all the processes (tickets, payments, schedule, speakers and attendees profiles, etc) , I would recommend Bizzabo for sure.
