What is the best tool for providing project / workstream updates to Managers and receiving feedback?

Most updates to management / senior stakeholders occur via email or in person meetings. I am looking for a tool that leverages the benefits of software to improve this experience for all stakeholders. This would allow for better referencing of a projects updates in the future and the feedback that accompanied it.

Tools like Zenkit give every stakeholder access to realtime updates on tasks and projects as they occur. Invite clients, colleagues, or management to your projects so they can provide feedback directly on any task and keep an eye on progress. @mentions in comments also help stakeholders directly contact the people they need, without cluttering up emails and chat programs.

Leantime offers assignable user roles and one role is a client view. This client role allows for immediate progress review and update. The user (stakeholder) can log in and review team ideas, project progress, and the research / business development around the project. They can only see the projects that you assign to them.

I believe that ProProfs Project is the best tool for an exchange of feedback. You can use the ‘Task comments’ feature to share your inputs on each task. With email alerts, you stay updated about every new feedback. The best part is mobile apps are available that enable both managers and teams to share feedback at any time from anywhere.
