What's the best app for setting learning paths for a team?

I'm looking to set up learning paths for our team, with specific learning goals for each team member, and an overall knowledge map of the whole organisation, which shows what we have all learned.

I've found Trello works well for constructing learning paths. You could have one centralised board as a learning path for the entire team and then allow the individuals to break-up modules/ topics out into their own board and list the cards as 'To Do', 'In Progress', 'Complete', 'Learnings', 'Feedback' etc.
