What are your favorite work backpacks?

I'm looking for something that looks cool, has useful compartments, and is something that I can use when I'm out exploring a new city/country, or heading to a client meeting.

The GR1 in particular can't be beat, in my opinion. It's minimal, tough and comes with a few customisation options.

This is by far the greatest backpack I've ever owned. It's "unisex" (I happily rock one, as do many of my guy friends) and comes in a variety of colors to match whatever style you've got going on. The size is plentiful (fits my "baby", aka my MacBook Pro 15", and all my workout gear including shoes) without being obnoxiously large. Everywhere I go, I get compliments! Disclaimer: I do have a badass Product Hunt pin featuring a TRex trying to take a selfie w a selfie stick that may up it's cool factor...

I love my Topo backpack - they have tons of color choices and they are simple yet useful for work and travel. People always ask where I bought it.

Not technically a backpack... but it's my favorite, been using it for about a year. Looks great (canvas + leather = <3), tons of pockets. Reasonable price.
  9. If you are looking for something big, consider Tortuga, ideal for digital nomads who need lots of space and functionality.

This has been an extremely durable and attractive backpack for me for about 4-5 years. Key features include a very well padded laptop area, hardshell enclosure for sunglasses or other valuables, ample internal storage and plenty of pockets.
