- I use Document 365 for OCR PDF conversion on my MacBook Air - it's an easy software to learn and to use, and it comes with a PDF Reader mobile app as well, so you're able to take your work outside of the office/home. I use the PDF Reader app most of the time for editing my PDFs, filling in forms and annotation. I find this software intuitive and well-designed. A solid solution, overall. For a while, I was using several different OCR PDF converters, not really satisfied with their performance. With Document 365 and the PDF Reader app, I'm able to quickly turn paper documents into scans - searchable PDFs/editable texts. It's quite fast and convinient.
