What apps are great for managing both business & personal relationships?

Really want to have some sort of database/app that has... * All email conversations * Bio * Work history * Editable notes * Reminders * Common connections * Multiple email accounts The kind of thing that makes it easier for me to connect with others on various levels and help make connections between others. i.e. friend is looking for a photographer...I can do a quick search through the database/CRM and see I happen to know 4 photographer I could connect them with and have worked with 2 recently.
