@will_lam Strange, but true story... actually listening to your customers goes a long way! Making the effort to set aside some time to hop on a call and work through a problem or feature request goes a long way in engendering loyalty and putting your money where your mouth is and building something people actually want

@will_lam I would say that being able to track user feedback through the sea of tools that are available, whether it's chatbots, NPS tools, in person, or over a phone or video call - whatever it is, keeping track of it, genuinely listening and understanding where the points of frustration or friction are can go a long way in terms of rolling that back into your product. of course, personally following up goes a long way as well, especially when you want to cultivate an army of customers who know you have their back.. they'll have your back to in many other ways outside of being a loyal user or customer.
