What is the best tool to welcome a new user on your website?

I'd love to find something which looks like a tutorial, with text bubbles in a numeric order explaining how to use the website

    Just out with an upgrade to Intercom Messenger that's impressive. Does *much* more in terms of direct engagement than before.
    Intercom is a great product and offers very personalised experiences. The best callback/live chat features are ones that integrate well with your project management software. If you're constantly losing client tickets, something's not working.
