What is the best tool to welcome a new user on your website?

I'd love to find something which looks like a tutorial, with text bubbles in a numeric order explaining how to use the website

Just out with an upgrade to Intercom Messenger that's impressive. Does *much* more in terms of direct engagement than before.
Intercom is a great product and offers very personalised experiences. The best callback/live chat features are ones that integrate well with your project management software. If you're constantly losing client tickets, something's not working.

You can create an automated onboarding process over a chat interface which makes the whole process engaging. Check out these couple of examples to get a better sense of what am talking about : - https://hellotars.com/convBot/de... - https://bumpadum.hellotars.com/c...

I suggest you try Agile CRM's web forms and web popups to welcome the users. This essentially increases users' engagement with your website/product/service. Both web forms and web popups can be created by you and say whatever you want them to say. Alos, you don't need coding experience as Agile CRM provides easy-to-use drag and drop, editable-custom templates. Here are the links to - Web popups -> https://www.agilecrm.com/web-popups -> The best time to engage a prospect is when they are browsing your website and your brand is in the front of their mind. Agile CRM’s web pop-ups make it easy to do just that by placing pop-ups across your site that appear when you tell them to, and display a message of your choice—e.g. a link to high-value content, a discount offer, or a newsletter sign up form. Agile CRM popups feature provides a variety of Pop-Up Templates; Custom Popups; strategic popup-placement feasibility; the ability to control where they appear. Web forms -> https://www.agilecrm.com/web-forms -> Agile CRM's online web form builder has a simple Drag and drop interface to build responsive web forms to improve conversions and generate leads. Strategically place personalized web forms across your website and landing pages to capture important contact information from new leads. Automatically bring new leads into existing marketing campaigns. Maintain constant insight into who is engaging with your brand, allowing you to move more deals through the pipeline faster. The best tool I believe is a help desk software that comes with its own live chat and knowledge base. But, before you go about searching for the best tool, you need to know how to welcome and engage users who visit your website. A few things you can talk about when welcoming website visitors are: (i) Personalized Greeting The first and most common way to welcome your website visitor is to simply greet them with a polite message. Something in the lines of “Hello , how are you today?” This is a great choice for visitors who have visited your website before, but most new visitors are likely to ignore the message and will only reply if they need assistance with something. (ii) Introduction & Important Numbers An alternative to the above method and a really amazing way to greet new visitors to your website is an introduction. Instead of sending them a cheery “Hello”, start off by greeting them and giving them a brief, 1-2 liner, description of what you are and what you plan to achieve. Remember, first impressions matter. So, if you inform and give knowledge about your company, your visitors are more likely to explore your website and visit again. The best and easiest way to do this is a robust help desk software that offers all the needed features to implement these functions. Among many available on the market, the best tools (and affordable too), are LiveAgent, ProProfs Help Desk, and LiveZilla. I hope this answer helps you make an informed decision.
