As a single developer, or even a small startup, what are the best free customer service ticketing systems?
- There isn't a huge variety of free ticketing systems, though I think Freshdesk's free plan is the most robust. There is another tool Snappy that is $15/mo and I've heard it's super fast and easy to use. We run on Intercom and were lucky to get into their startup program for $50/mo. Hope that helps!
