What's the best way to free your time of admin & routine tasks?

I'm looking for all types of solutions—virtual assistants, bot assistants, conceirge/delivery services, etc. I'll weigh options using three criteria: (1) value delivered to me, (2) cost, because I can't spend more than I make, and (3) time saved out of my day/week/month.

Automate things you do every day on your iPhone/iPad

Whenever I need to automate annoying processes, I use Workflow. It doesn't require coding, it runs right on my iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch, and it can do just about anything you need. It's amazing.

I like IFTTT for automated things, adding stuff to calendar, spreadsheets - linking email, etc.

Great way to get out of the back-and-forth of scheduling meetings with people. No app to install, just cc Amy and then the bot schedules a time between you that suits.

Virtual assistants that look after your travel. Using your criteria: (1) value delivered to me - dedicated travel assistants experts on the destination via chat & team hub (in case you need) to manage approvals workflow, billing, invoices, policies and a few more stuff (2) cost, because I can't spend more than I make - for now it's free. (3) time saved out of my day/week/month - well that depends on how often do you have to deal with business trips
