I have your same exact concerns about not wanting something overly complicated (especially since I'm a one-person team), which is why I've been using Canny. It's a simple, lightweight system that's very easy to set up. I point my users to it whenever they suggest a feature or report a problem that has already been logged. My favorite part about it is the Reddit-style voting, so I can see the top rated features and bugs.
