I'm not quite sure, but from the examples you mentioned, it seems like you're looking for educational resources and not just tools that are useful for college students. So I recommend Kadenze. It's a MOOC platform specifically for arts education, but they have a lot of courses on arts technologies, such as "Creative Applications of Deep Learning with TensorFlow" and "Creative Audio Programming on the Raspberry Pi." The Kadenze platform itself is a nice LMS too.
