We've looked a bunch. Ones we liked have minimum annual contract values etc. rather than fixed per user pricing. It needs to support: + org. chart / access levels + 1:1 and quarterly/annual reviews etc. + be able to gather project team feedback ideally (think consulting projects) + integration with slack etc. for continuous feedback / kudos + managing Q goals or OKR's etc. + see how one is doing against goals, feedback (positive or constructive) etc.
