What are alternatives to Google Analytics?

Can't handle the spam on Google Analytics anymore. Best (preferably free) alternatives? Nothing too fancy, just want to know how many real people are coming to my site.

    Can be interesting alternative. It has similar capabilities than heap. In comparison to GA you have the possibility to analysed funnel based on historical data, which is a big plus in my opinion.
