I've had to download all different kinds of video tools and add-ons to make GIFs, but is there an easier way? A "one stop shop" if you will?
- Giphy Capture is the best GIF-creation tool I've tried... and I've used a few. 😉 My favorite part is the ability to crop the GIF and modify the size/frame rate so it's not too large (pro tip: Twitter won't accept GIFs larger than 10MB).Great for capturing video / creating gifs on the desktop
- The whole team at Product Hunt uses CloudApp and we're all obsessed. (Just ask @nivo0o0 @ayrton @mscccc for further validation!) It just WORKS! GIFs are easy to make, download, and share, as are screenshots! It's the only thing I use anymore.
- The new version of Snagit (Win and Mac) adds GIF creation to its lineup of image and video creation capabilities. Capture anything on your screen as a video clip, the save it as a GIF. Just another way Snagit saves you time and helps you communicate clearly with visuals.
