CRM with Facebook-Messenger integration, follow-ups, etc?

I periodically do 10-20 reach-outs on Facebook for marketing purposes. It would be nice to find a CRM that can keep track of this, and show me which have responded (or not). Same as how some CRMs can send emails and monitor your email inbox to let you know who has responded. Any suggestions?

    A more full-featured CRM for customer support that can import messages as tickets. Used it for a little while and it didn't work well for our use case - 2000 to 3000 messages every day but might be a good fit if your volumes are low.
