Take a break and meditate.

I meditate every day (usually 10 minutes in the morning). Helps me clear my mind before my day gets crazy. Calm is a fantastic app to use to get started. I love the guided meditation sessions they offer as well as the sounds and scenes. Additionally, it syncs with HealthKit so you can export your date to services such as Gyroscope.

Flux helps me go to sleep faster: as the screen color turns to orange, it doesn't keep you awake as much. (And you know it's definitely time for bed when everything turns red^^)
