What is the best platform to publish Guides/Tutorials online

I´m using Stepshot for creating great tutorials and guides for our employees, and i want to be able to publish them easily online and give my staff access to them. Would be great to be able to create the structure and upload all kinds of mediums, text to videos?

You can try the ProProfs Knowledge Base. It allows you to create a guide/manual and publish it across the web and mobile. Adding images and videos is also super easy with the tool. It's MS Word-like editor allows you to write and edit content, upload multimedia, and even customize the manual with suitable fonts, colors, and themes.

What we used at one point. Docs, presentations and spreadsheets created and saved on a new Google account, and shared with the entire team.
