What is the best way to search across cloud accounts?

I have multiple Google Drives and Dropbox accounts, notes in Evernote, Keep & OneNote, plus Slack, Todoist, Trello & more. Even finding just Google Docs is a chore having to open the drive website, switching to the appropriate account and then searching for the doc. I've tried apps that connect to some of these and let me search across, but they are either expensive at more than $50 a year, or just shut down or get bought within months. Do you have this problem? If yes, what is your tool of choice?

I'm loving using Recall for this very thing! I've only had it installed for a few weeks and it has already become one of my top used tools. It stores your activity and makes it instantly searchable. It has become the fastest shortcut to search and quickly find your stuff on and offline. It is free, to boot!

I guess it depends on what exactly you're searching for, but if it's notes/documents, I suggest NoteLedge - all the files/notes you generate sync to the cloud service of your choice, so when you're looking for a specific document, it's easy to locate.

This app is fun to use and I actually enjoy taking notes now, and searching for something specific with this app is very easy - just typing in something in the search bar will get you started.

I use NoteLedge for editing PDFs (annotation and highlights) and find it useful and convinient, and if I have to search for something, it's very easy to do so.
