What can I use for managing multiple projects online for a medium sized company?

Time frames are important and so is collaboration. We're looking for file sharing options, forums/boards/slacks or whatever, as well as mobile apps that are able to function offline.

Trello is awesome for project management and organization! Since it's already recommended, I'd like to recommend Recruitee for an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that works much like Trello but for bettering your recruitment process. It was built with collaboration in mind - with team notes, unlimited users, a slack integration, and more.

Basecamp is one of the best collaborative tools in the market. :) Works really well for collaboration between teams and for file sharing as well. It comes with a mobile app too, but I'm not sure about the offline functionality that you have mentioned.

Basecamp makes it much easier to manage the tasks your remote team is doing in a clean UI so that you get a good view of what is happening in the organizing. Amazing product!

One of the more complex apps for managing projects, a good one for keeping your team updated about the activity on each project/task.

Trello is another great collaborative tool! It provides a board-like interface, so if that is what you're on the lookout for, you'll love it! Again, it comes with a companion mobile app too.

I just started using this with my marketing team at work, and so far it seems to be an efficient way to coordinate on projects. Now if I can just remember to log in and actually use the boards...

Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.

As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.
