I'm recommending headspace because meditation reduces stress and anxiety which are two symptoms of mental health disorders and it helps build a routine for concentrating and relaxing but should be used in coordination with professional help. I think mental health is a serious issue that shouldn't be looked at in a manner of a quick fix, but more of a long term need that needs a more hands on approach.
