What is the best tool to program social media, including Instagram?

I am currently using Post So, which works OK, but they haven't updated their service in 3 years. So I'm looking for a new service to program Instagram (something that actually post the photo, not send me a notification that I need to post myself), twitter, and facebook.

They are constantly improving their product, it works with most social media, they have a free tier and it does make a post on your behalf (not a reminder to post)

One tool to rule them all, one tool to bind them all!! For me, Hootsuite is the best Social Media Management tool. Every service under one umbrella.
