No plugins, just share a link, itโ€˜s purely browser-based video and screensharing, including with the free version. With the paid version, you can also record your demo sessions and share with your audience after the session. Using Circuit to demo Circuit :)

A very intuitive, easy to use tool for video conferencing, screen sharing. As a bonus, it works well on low-bandwidth connections as well.

For some reason, the voice and video quality with zoom is better than all others. There is no lag either.

Calendly is the best way to schedule meetings. Simple to share, one link one click, works well with Google Calendar.

As the tagline suggests, it does make forms beautiful and human. One of the best, most intuitive tools for feedback collection. Doesn't intimidate the user.

    Meet by Google

    Enterprise-friendly version of Google Hangouts

Full disclosure - I work at Google, but Hangouts Meet has been fantastic. Nothing to install, incredibly fast, good video, and now chat during meetings.

I ๐Ÿ’™ Loom for the fact you can record screencasts with or without a small video bubble of your web cam feed, your audio, AND get notifications when the video is viewed.

    Demodesk

Collaborative screen sharing for sales & success teams

I would recommend Demodesk's screen sharing platform for sales & success teams! What is so special about Demodesk, is that you don't have to share your local desktop. What it does is providing a virtual display on which you can set up websites, apps, slides, videos or documents to present. That way, you decide what the other participant(s) can see โ€“ and, most importantly, what not (like Slack notifications, your Sales Force notes, etc.) Also, both presenter and viewer can click and type simultaneously. Demodesk lets you even share control with multiple parties at the same time. Another awesome thing is that it doesn't require any downloads or extensions. It works out of the box with any device and any browser, lag-free - yes, also Internet Explorer! Anyone can join by just clicking a link. And because Demodesk acts like a normal website, even the strictest firewalls wonโ€™t block it. It comes with automated scheduling, so you Calendly is basically integrated already. Also, Demodesk offers real-time sales guidance to giving advice in sales demos. It's not only a collaborating tool, but also audio & video conferencing tool. Demodesk can be used for sales demos, customer onboarding, success and support. Full disclosure: I work at Demodesk
