What are the best tools for finding jobs at Series A startups?

I remember seeing a newsletter or product on PH a few months ago... Began with a Y I think? Would appreciate tracking down this resource and any others. Thanks!

    With AngelList you can click what "stage" you want the companies to be, and choose series A, which you can then see if those companies are hiring :)
