This may sound really bias coming from me, however, we offer the same remote user testing you know and love, but for the fraction of the cost of other remote user testing. E.g. 10 testers at UserTesting = $490 10 testers at UserTest.io = $230

http://peek.usertesting.com/ There is a free service provided by this company. It has a person perform a live review of your website and records the user experience including their comments on the website they are testing. This is far from a comphrehensive user testing solution, but a useful resource still.

Disclaimer: I am a co-founder of the business. Why use doopoll over the alternatives? It's simpler to use both for the poll creator and also for the respondent, but also because we believe we get more truthful and honest responses. doopoll is truly anonymous, meaning you act on genuine opinions from user rather than tailored or filtered responses.

    Qualaroo

Simplify user research. Design products people love.

For us, Qualaroo is our constant companion in achieving our user testing goals, both in the pre-launch and post-launch phase. It is a customer feedback tool that helps us carry out the prototype, app, and SaaS tool testing. Also, we can connect with the users at various touchpoints to analyze how they think, feel & act at every stage in the customer journey, and identify any red flags. The Qualaroo Nudge ™ (popup micro survey), which we use with its advanced targeting options, allows us to ask the right users the right questions at the right time. We can assess how our website and app are performing, whether the experience is appealing to the users, is the navigation intuitive, or the website offerings meet their needs, and deploy A/B testing to keep ourselves aligned with evolving user expectations.
