What's the best team document managing system (knowledge base) -- small company

For my team, I'm looking for an app which allows us to build a small 'knowledge hub' of resources & documents, which we can tag (with pre-specified tags) regarding subject areas.

    Freshdesk is traditionally a support helpdesk, but it does have a robust knowledge base feature set. You might want to give it a shot.

    • It's the best software for customer support that I have ever used. Also, I like its integration with TMetric, it allows me to track how much time was spent on the overall activity in Freshdesk.

    • My teams been using this for over a month and they love it. It's increased visibility on production and helped us get a handle on customer satisfaction per ticket.

    If most of your resources & documents are links then consider zeef. It has boards for links.

  4. I've implemented Confluence at a couple companies now, works great. It can get pricey quick but they are changing their pricing model soon.
