- For quick and dirty remote testing, I do some screen sharing with my prototypes. For anything more than that, I'd recommend UserTest.io. I really love the philosophy of the platform and is flexible to give you what you need and nothing more. Fair pricing and very valuable. Highly recommend testing it out ;)
- I've used this multiple times. It's the best way to get honest unbiased feedback, as the user has no context on what they are going to see. This can be good and bad, but I generally run a few tests on Peek combined with usability and heat maps on Hotjar to get the complete picture. Would love to see what other people use.
