    It depends really how much budget you can allocate to that. A nice looking and budget option is to use Prezi.com and some video editing tool like Sony Vegas. I created a nice presentation on Prezi, video recorded the screen and all movements there, and then put a voice over. The first few attempts might be time-consuming, but after you get used to it, it will be quick and easy :) I hope this helps.

    I used Rawshorts earlier. They are still working to better their customer support but the tool is great for a quick explainer/educational. You can also add VO and adjust timings within and add media, text, transitions, effects and audio! They also have industry specific templates.
