Which SAAS product has given you the best onboarding experience?

I would love to get the best examples of where a product has onboarded you well and why the experience was so. Would love to know the length of the trial and how long it took you to convert to the subscription if you can remember!

As a remote designer, this is a must have. I'm always contactable and available. Super easy way to also have quick calls and communicate with other team members on different teams.

I'm a part of a ton of Slack communities but I'm active in only a handful.

Slack works to its fullest only when it is implemented in a team and everyone's supposed to use it for communication. Slack could/should improve on making the communities on it better by adding relevant features.

Intercom has a great on-boarding experience, specially given that it is a technically heavy product to use. And has a lot of complex features to explain. Not even that, i remember that they released a big feature update while we were using it, and this update included the on-boarding for this new feature in it. So for them on-boarding is really a part of the product itself. So much so that they went ahead and wrote a whole fuckin book about that. Damn!! Check this book: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
