I use Chatfuel for Facebook Messenger and it's fantastic. I can train the AI with faqs and it will respond accordingly. Is there any such tool for websites? As you know live chat takes a lot of time and resources to implement/manage. Thanks.

AI-enhanced customer serviceBrad Landthorn made this productHello, Suganthan -- Please give Agent.ai a look. We have built a system of bots that learn from your team as they respond to customers via our live chat platform. From this "Agent-taught" training, your team will soon reach our Co-Pilot mode, where you'll receive suggested responses to "Use, Edit, or Ignore" in response to customers within your Agent.ai Console (enabling a fast one-click response process). Humans are always in control during this training period, so we eliminate the risk of poor customer experience. Once an answer reaches a set confidence rating (95%+), your team can set any desired queue in Agent.ai to Auto-Pilot mode (allowing for automated responses 24/7). Agent.ai works with Web, Android, iOS, email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DM, Line, Telegram, WeChat, Viber, and more channels coming soon. Thanks!
