I love learning about how people use different tools to get results — and we're all so different! So what are your favourite tools, whether you're in marketing, sales, engineering, design, customer support or any other area?
- I work in Zenkit, which is a great collaborative platform for project management and relational database building. Of course, we use it ourselves to arrange marketing tasks, build our CRM for sales contact database, organize team events, etc. Definitely recommend it :)
- I am a community specialist for Brand24, so obviously I use our tool the most. I track public mentions about our company to contact, help and engage with people online who use or are interested in media monitoring tools. Using such a tool is actually one of the best ways I know to take care of reputation. engagement and brand awareness, so I highly recommend trying it for your businesses. As I write quite a lot, especially in English, I also use Grammarly in order to improve my spelling and grammar. It's working efficiently and I feel like it would be helpful for everyone, not only copywriters, even for writing emails. At work, I always use Slack to contact my teammates and I think it really saves time while working on projects.
