This is what I've used at work for years. The newest version is even better, you can walk around the office without taking them off. 😀
I see people walking around with these on all the time in SF. But, I leave these at my desk & use a pair of earbuds for when walking around outside / gym / not-working. Noise cancelling feels dangerous to me when walking in a city.
