- John, you might check out Gyroscope. I recently started using Gyroscope, and it integrates with some pretty useful tools (eg. Fitbit, Strava, RescueTime etc.)
Exist.io is the tool I use to monitor my life and help me iterate over myself.
Its main selling point is its use of correlations between your activities to identify patterns. That makes a huge difference and finally, give some real usage of all the data that we can track.
A concrete example is our some patterns influence my mood changes. I used to maintain a mood journal. It seems that whenever I noticed spikes, I couldn't figure out all the reasons why. With Exist, I was able to notice that some obvious - sleep, time walking -and less obvious - push on GitHub, listening to music - contributors of those states.
I don't need anymore to remember or notes everything. I let the machines do it for me, and I read the weekly and monthly Exist.io reports. And for the data that no machines can track (coffee for example), the custom tracker fills that gap.
Their design is excellent. Behind the scenes its very technical, but the user experience is smooth and easy on the eyes. It does such a great job of taking actions and information in one app and bringing it to your app of choice.
We use this mostly to automate our email marketing campaigns by pulling data from our HubSpot CRM into Active Campaign for our email drips. Among a million other things.. amazing product!
