This is the best app to edit high quality images over a phone , the ability to control all the happenings by a filter is just and added touch which other apps do not offer.

Snapseed is the easiest tool to edit photos. Simple, elegant and to the point whereas Picsart is more like all in one package, if you're looking for heavy photo editing, go for Picsart. It is basically PhotoShop on mobile phone and you can do anything with it (it requires some learning though). If you just want to touch up your photos and make them look vibrant, Snapseed what you would want to try.

What's better than a app used by most Instagram photographers? This app is one of the few things to come out of Google and still be loved by its users after years.

    • I love Snapseed and consider it as the best mobile photo editor with a bunch of pro features to make any photo better. I use Tune Image and Curves the most. I especially appreciate Expand function: I use to add some background before rotating a picture to align the horizon — it helps not to cut important details.

I've used Photopea in the past when I've needed to edit .PSDs specifically on a computer without Photoshop. It carries with it the complexities of Photoshop. and can be a little unwieldy and laggy, but if you are looking for a comparable feature set to Photoshop and to export to .PSD, Photopea will do the job—

It's free & pretty darn robust. That said, I haven't used Adobe, or another photoshop suite in a while to compare. I use Pixlr regularly for combining images and photoshopping at a basic level - always gets the job done for me.

I've been using this app to edit my photos for over 2 years and never found it degrading the quality of image as well as resolution. It's easy to use unlike picsart which sometimes makes it difficult to find the tools.

  12. This app is great for blending photos, creating collages and adding geometry on a photo, incl. complex dynamic gradients, etc. It supports text, and easy to use, so might be a great solution for content for bloggers/small businesses like easy-to-use photoshop
