    Lucidchart

I used Lucidchart to map out the flows for https://perusal.co. I find it super helpful for both myself and the dev team and it's super easy to share and modify on the fly.

I'm using Lucidchart to create figures (system architectures, concepts) for professional technical documentation (aerospace sector).

It's a free platform that lets you create your own chatbot (using an easy drag&drop interface) and connect it with your communication channels. No coding required ;)

Great integration to G.Drive, pretty straight-forward tool. I guess it's the most used tool in the UX for Bots community. Give it a try, it's free!

FB only right now, but they have plans to roll out on other platforms. Super easy to use, and they have a free tier.

Using BotMock to draft demos and proposals for clients has been easy to get started and as they keep adding features it's becoming more of a go-to development and sales tool.

The entire user experience is flawed. The flowchart maker is flawed as well. every new box that we create gets created at the top of the page and then we have to drag it down every time. The conversation ui is also flawed. Doesn't quite give the exact field. Switching off to botsociety

Using TARS, you can map the Chat flow and that would essentially build the Bot. PS: I am the maker of this product.

Its the Google Maps of Conversations. Best part is that your mockup is a functional app that you can demo to your customers. PNG/PDF export will be released this week. Disclaimer: I am the creator of this product 🀠.

We are using it internally to build our vocal bot and they are very responsive to feedbacks and requests. Great team!

We are even looking at integrating their designer with our own APIs :)

    • I really like the mix of a visual interface with the ability to add some code. It makes it easy to prototype a bot in minutes and evolves it afterward.
