- Check out ChatBot. It’s a bot building platform that lets you create a variety of bots allowing you to map out chatbot flows (via the conversation tree). In my opinion, the tool is easy to use even for non-programmers. It comes with seamless integrations with Slack, LiveChat and Facebook Messenger. Developers can also use its API to connect it with other platforms.
Using BotMock to draft demos and proposals for clients has been easy to get started and as they keep adding features it's becoming more of a go-to development and sales tool.
The entire user experience is flawed. The flowchart maker is flawed as well. every new box that we create gets created at the top of the page and then we have to drag it down every time. The conversation ui is also flawed. Doesn't quite give the exact field. Switching off to botsociety
- Hicham Tahiri made this productIts the Google Maps of Conversations. Best part is that your mockup is a functional app that you can demo to your customers. PNG/PDF export will be released this week. Disclaimer: I am the creator of this product 🤠.
We are using it internally to build our vocal bot and they are very responsive to feedbacks and requests. Great team!
We are even looking at integrating their designer with our own APIs :)
I really like the mix of a visual interface with the ability to add some code. It makes it easy to prototype a bot in minutes and evolves it afterward.
- Industry standard for designing conversational flows both for text and voice. It allows designers to precisely draft conversations for all the major platforms, from Messenger to Slack to Whatsapp, and it even supports designing conversations for your own app or website. It's on the market since two years and used by many teams including large enterprises. Have been using it myself and recommended it for years, hands down the best tool for designing conversations.
I was going to build this if it didn't exist. Our app's primary interface is a Slack bot. We need a way to rapidly prototype interactions and test them with users so we can tweak before implementing. Exactly what I was looking for.
Sneaky marketing. Instagram shows picture of book and then Download. Email then say: “Dear reader, We are thrilled to welcome you to the early access of our Conversation Design Guide. We will send you the first chapter as soon as it's ready - sometime around the first week of March. You will get both a PDF and a Google Doc version, where you and the rest of the community will leave us comments, feedback, and contributions. We can't wait to show you the first chapter! In the meantime, if you did not check it out already, you should sign up for Botsociety. It's a conversation design tool - think of it like Adobe for chatbots and voice. Creatives worldwide already designed more than 2 million messages on Botsociety. I can't wait to you see there as well! You can sign up for free here: botsociety.io In the meanwhile, thanks for your interest! If you have any question, just reply to this email. Vittorio & the Botsociety team”
