Balsamiq Mockups is great! They have a 30 day free trial... It's not free after the free trial, but I think their plans are reasonable and the quality of work of their product is exceptional.

Balsamiq is one of the easiest tools out there for wireframing. Requires zero time for onboarding, you can literally hit the ground running and start churning out great concepts.

If on Mac - Sketch is pretty simple and widely available resources (https://www.sketchappsources.com...) will get you going. Plus Magic Mirror plugin to perspective transform artboards into shapes. Here - http://magicsketch.io/mirror

The next step from wireframes would be designing, and that is where Sketch plays a wonderful role. It is really powerful and easy to use, even for someone who is traditionally not from a design background. Designs are super easy to make, extremely clean, and true to life.
