What is the best Bitcoin Wallet?

I'm looking for something that has a great UI and allows me to specify fees for every transaction. Goes without saying that it should have all the industry standard security features. P.S: I am aware of the Blockchain.info wallet but their mobile app doesn't let the user change the fee for transactions.

The original light wallet, open source, can handle thousands of imported addresses and handles just about anything from Bitpay protocol to 2FA. Also, it's not your money unless you have the private keys and you definitely have your keys here.
