Which is the best app builder (no coding) for building native apps for user generated content?

I want to build an MVP of a messaging app without the need to hire a developer (I'm a designer), but I've only found app builders for businesses, not for user generated content. Any suggestions?

I really like Bubble and while I haven't built an app for user generated content with it myself, they do have a few if you check out the example apps built on their platform. The native iOS/Android app builder is in beta, but it does work and there are some resources to guide you through the whole process (check out codelessacademy.com).

Exactly - build a web app without code. Been using Bubble and made a few completely functional app on Bubble without code. Bubble lets you build mobile apps for iOS, but as @pav_sethi mentioned this is in early beta and you can get started with it immediately.
