Shopify

Everything you need to sell

Shopify is good for most ecoomerce products. They have a really easy-to-use drag drop interface. You can setup a bunch of SKUs and get going immediately. They also have a Theme store and active theme development community, so if your site takes off and you want to have a unique customized look, it's the way to go. They also have a "Park" feature for 60 or 70% less than the regular pricing, in case you decide to take your site "offline" i.e. not charge for products and want to just park the site and keep the store up.

Literally the easiest... And their eco-system of apps is great. I would highly implore you to use Shopify. I'm a beaten and batter magento Dev and say Shopify is the way to go.

Gumroad

Sell anything directly to anyone.

Gumroad is also a great option if you are selling digital products, individual classes - ex: cooking class or 1 off workshops and more. It really depends on what it is you are trying to sell. Almost all of these ecommerce sites have similar pricing structure and per transaction fee (anywhere from 3.5% to 5%) as the market is pretty competitive.
