    It's a cute VPN!

VPNs are not as secure as we think. Be careful using passwords and other identifiable information through companies that may not have the same security interests as you do.

    • A great VPN that takes it's security seriously but the monthly pricing is overly expensive with no justification other than to make the yearly plan look better.

In torrentfreak there is a good detail about what they log. Basically nothing. In fact there was a case where goverment ask them to share logs, they have to, but there was nothing in there.

    Cloak 3.0

A VPN for iOS. Browse safely on public WiFi.

I use cloak whenever I'm on a public wifi network. Works great for both mac and ios. Love the "auto protect" feature.

Get a new virtual card for every transaction

It's not like the ones mentioned before, but I am in love with Privacy.com - which keeps my real debit cards safe.

Privacy.com is perfect for free trials. No more setting a calendar reminder to cancel your account.

Just create a burner card with a $1 limit, and the whole cancellation process will work itself out. 😬

Privacy is an awesome solution for protecting your privacy/security when you shop online. As cyber breaches continue to be par for the course, I can see this service being of great use for those of us who are security-minded. Please integrate linking credit cards to create burner cards!

I use a combination of Brave, DuckDuckGo for search, and ExpressVPN. It also helps to read up on recommendations provided by sites like EFF.org.

Brave was a great find for me as I only started delving into Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies last year. Right after Steemit, this is the next project that excites me in this space.

I'm going to support, recommend and evangelize the use of the Brave Browser , and reduce our dependence on Google.

I have a 2009 Macbook Pro and after I downloaded Brave it feels like a new computer because of the increased speed. I tried Brave for the first time a couple years ago, but did not stick with it because of how frequently I use Chrome extensions in my productivity flow. Now that Chrome extensions are supported it is a game changer. I am trying Brave out as my default browser now.

Currently, the only area lacking is the lack of support for Android text messages at www.messages.android.com.

    • Well done to the developers -they haven’t let success go to their heads and turned into greedy coporate fat cats! Their dedication to GDPR isn’t just lip service as is the case with many big names, I like their stance on privacy being a basic human right! Nice one guys!

Mobile security is more and more important nowadays, that’s why I think no matter who you are, what you do. You will need an app to protect your phone! I am using this app called ‘AppLock’, which is amazing because it can lock all of my apps, images even videos. This app is always on my list when it comes to app recommendation. The one thing that I like the most about this app is that it can take photos of the person who’s trying to unlock your phone! This feature is really funny because I always got the intruder selfie notification from my kids. They are trying really hard to unlock my phone for video games. If you are a cautious people, you really do need one of this app.
